Whereas infrastructure strengthening and regulatory reforms play important role in making us competitive, having a competitive mindset is equal important.

By competitiveness mindset, means the personality trains and cultural attributes of the society in general that determine the competitiveness of a nation.

Important 5 attributes are,

(1) Conscientiousness:-

Conscientiousness -

Feeling of a moral responsibility to do our job carefully and to be very fair enough to others
Doing the right thing, even when no one is looking

Once a goal is decided, it should be completed by him/her without getting any kind of distraction and caring about what others people think.

It is the most important attribute of any person which helps him/her to achieve his/her goal. Also with help of this, one can become a good leader. Along with patience, if one has conscientiousness as his/her attribute he/she become successful their life.

Conscientiousness helps to build up leadership quality in a person. It also improves one's personality and to become a respectable person in a society.

For example,
once me and my group of friends went to a restaurant to have our brunch. After having it, the waiter came up with the bill it was Rs.1700. So my friend paid it all. By the time he got to know that he paid Rs.100 extra mistakenly the waiter came up and gave him his hundred rupees back and said sorry. In spite of taking the money directly to his pocket, the waiter returned
In here, it shows that he was very conscientious and honest about his job.

(2)Taking Initiative:-

Responding to a need without being asked

This is one of the most important pillar of becoming a leader. When problem arises one can see it, feel it and can solve it by taking some calculated risk. calculated risk means when you do some work by knowing the consequence and by estimating the way out of a problem and doing the work by giving some efforts to it.

When problems arrive in our life or society, sometimes we are capable to solve some problems, however, some problems are complicated that we have to take a calculated risk to solve these type of problems.

(3) Perseverance:-

Perseverance is the quality that enables you to continue trying to do something that is difficult.

Because it is difficult, the goal being pursued can be term a 'stretch goal' and setbacks are likely in the journey toward such a goal.

First of all, you should decide about your goal what do you want to become, what is your dream and set your goal as a long term goal and short term goal then discover the things how can I achieve, what is the process to achieve my goal and you should analyze all things which help to achieve your goal.

Lots of setbacks arrive in your life but never give up. When you encounter any failure in your life, you should not feel disappointment, nonetheless you should learn about your failure and analyzed it and next time you make sure you never do this kind of mistake.

Perseverance is not giving up. It is persistence and tenacity, the effort required to do something and keep doing it till the end, even if it's hard.

Innovation is applying creative thinking for creating a new product or service or providing an existing service or making an existing product in a new beneficial way.

Not only does innovation help society but also it creates wealth and prosperity.

Two different products have different applications and attach them and get some new products with a new application.

For example, the older scooter was used only for the ride but nowadays,  we can add charger feature so that we can charge our mobile phone while we ride, this is an innovation which existing product in a new beneficial way.

We should think out of the box and of some new creative things. We all fixt our-self with existing things which we have. Mediocrity stops a person to create some new things, so we should not compromise with our products or services.

(5) Problem solving:-

Lots of problems arrive in our life and society, which we can not achieve. We are finding some temporary solution or alternative solution which gives us some temporary happiness but it's not a long term, so we should find the root of this problem. Hence, this type of problem doesn't arrive in our life again.

We should analyze the problem with the help of asking some questions about what is the reason for the problem, why this problem arrives in our life or society. We can find the root of the problem and find the possible solution what we can do.

For example,
Why the number of animals and birds are decreasing?
First of all, we should find problems that are created by humans.
1) high-frequency network which effects on birds
2) deforestation
3) uses of plastics

Then after applying reverse engineering about all the problems we get the solution.
1) Reduce the network frequency
2) afforestation
3) Reduce the uses of plastics

from whatever solutions are available to us and from that what kind of solution you choose.

So this way you can solve the problems in your life, society and business, etc.

This kind of problem-solving ability which makes you capable of solving the any problem in any critical situation.
