Many problems arrive in our life and then we become sad and our happiness is disappearing in those problems. Lots of ways to find happiness in our life but here some appropriate ways to bring happiness in our life
1) Exercise
Exercising regularly makes you stay strong and healthy. US Department of Health has shown that 30 to 60 minutes of exercise, 3-5 times per week will give you significant mental health benefits. By doing exercise various hormones are released like endorphins, serotonin, norepinephrine, dopamine which has many effects on your mind. Due to hormonal release cortisol and adrenaline gets eliminated from your body which is caused by taking more stress. These also helps to boost your mood. That's why exercise is beneficial for both mind and body. Specially cardiovascular(aerobic) exercise improves mental health including reducing stress and lowering the incidence of depression. After all, this brings happiness in your life.
2) Satisfaction
Humans are hopeful and they struggle a lot to meet their expectations. While struggling for things you don't have to lose the value of what you already have and when you don't meet your expectations you became unhappy. You should expect something by asking yourself what you have? What you can have? your happiness lies in what you have rather than what you don't have.

3) Achieving your goal
Humans have different set of goals and they put lots of effort to achieve that goal. When they achieve their goal they feel happy. Goals have the capability to make you feel happy, so set your goals accordingly, further you are encouraged to move forward in your life. Your progress in life occurs.
4) Help others without any expectation
When you help any person without any expectations, other people feel happiness inside them and by seeing them happy you also feel the same. When you help others selflessly you get positivity which makes you feel more happier. The happiness which you get by helping others is of a long term one. You can also feel happy just by remembering the moments in which you helped others without any expectations.
5) Stress free mind
The main reason behind stress is having worries about personal and professional problems. To reduce worries you should be patient and deal with problems smartly or avoid the problem for some time and enjoy the things around you which can make you feel happy. To reduce the stress you should meditate daily, spend time with nature, get enough sleep, exercise daily, be disciplined. By reducing the stress your mind feels free and happy.
